Thank for taking the time to get to know me better. I’m glad you’re here. I am the primary provider and owner of Angkor Audiology. My family and I moved to Rolla in the Spring 2022. In February of 2023 we opened our doors. Our mission is to expand access to quality hearing care in the in the area.

I am a Minnesota native, born to parents who were fortunate enough to escape genocide in Cambodia in the 1970's. Their stories are integral to the person I am today and the reason for my clinic’s name.

My career in healthcare began in nursing. I was still very young, but I grew to love meeting, caring, and understanding people. I eventually found my way into end-of-life care, and while I was moved by the work I did, it was time for a change. My father worked with hearing aids and hearing professionals and he was incredibly passionate about his career. In Audiology I saw the opportunity to work in the realm of science and technology along with direct patient care and thought it would be a perfect transition for me.

I moved to Normal, Illinois with my partner, got married, started a family, and obtained my Doctorate of Audiology at Illinois State University. Since then I've gained experience in a variety of audiology services and specialties and have worked in hospitals, private audiology practices, and ENT clinics. I enjoy working with both adult and pediatric populations.

I am currently licensed to practice in Illinois and Missouri. I love audiology because it allows to me live out my passion of connecting with people, learning about their lives, and helping them live to their fullest ability. I’d be honored to help you get the most out of your hearing care.
